1. Payment methods and price list
You can pay by debit and credit card at Lunga Vita Oy's online store. Shop pay and Google Pay are also possible.
The prices shown in the Lunga Vita Oy online store include VAT in accordance with Finnish law. Prices are sales prices and do not include the delivery costs of the order. Shipping costs are announced separately in the shopping cart or checkout.
Lunga Vita Oy reserves the right to cancel the order due to a clear price error. For example, a clear price error refers to situations where the product has no price at all or if the price of the product is clearly different from the correct selling price of the product.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Personal information for customer analysis, identifying the person, and marketing purposes.
2. Ordering and Delivery Terms and Conditions
On average, Lunga Vita Oy will deliver orders within 2-7 business days of receipt of the order.
Delivery may be delayed due to seasonal or congestion. Lunga Vita Oy is not responsible for the delay in delivery or other delays that are not due to Lunga Vita Oy.
3.1 To cancel your order
If necessary, Lunga Vita Oy has the right to cancel the order.
3.2 Delivery of Product
Lunga Vita Oy sends all products ordered from the online store via mail.
If the product you order is lost or damaged in transportation, Lunga Vita Oy is a payment responsibility. If the product you return is lost or damaged by the customer is the customer.

3.3 Delivery methods and costs

You can pick up your e -commerce order from the Lungan Starring store as long as you have received an arrival notice or an order confirmation by email.
Pick up from the Post's parcel terminal or service point for postal packages EUR 7.90. Small packages for small items in the mailbox delivery 7.90 eur.
Your product will be delivered to the nearest Post's parcel terminal or office where you can pick up your product. You should prove your identity when you pick up your order.
3.4. Order restrictions
Lunga Vita Oy only delivers products to Finland. Only people over 15 years of age can shop in the online store.

Lunga Vita Oy offers its customers a 14 -day return policy. You have 14 days to return the product to our stoneware store. The right of return begins at the time you or the third party you have shown will receive the products contained in the order.
The product/products to be returned must be unused and the manufacturer's materials or price tags must continue to be attached to the product. Swim and underwear do not have the right to return and exchange.
The cost of returning products is borne by the customer.
It is important to us that you are happy with your order. If the product does not meet your expectations or is not satisfied with it, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the product.
The right of return applies to normal -priced products and reduced products. The right of return applies to products that are unused and in good condition. When paying with a gift card and using a second payment method, the return is always primarily for the original gift card and then to the other payment methods used by your order.
Returns can be made regardless of the delivery method at the Post office. You can also return to the Post's parcel machine.
We ask you to keep all the documents related to the return, especially the mission tracking ID until you have received information on receiving and processing the return from Lunga Vita Oy.
Failure to pick up an order is not an order cancellation. We charge $ 10.00 for handling orders that have not been picked up from the Post within the retention period.
5. Customer ratio
When ordering from Lunga Vita Oy's online store, the customer is obliged to disclose their full contact information when placing the order, which includes at least the first name, last name, postal address, telephone number and email address from the customer.
Customer information is stored in the Lunga Vita Oy Customer Register and is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act. 7. Problem and complaints
We primarily strive to solve all the problem situations with the customer in our customer service.
If the disagreement on the trade agreement is not resolved by negotiations between the parties, the customer may make the Consumer Disputes Board.
We follow the recommendations/decisions of consumer authorities or other dispute resolution bodies in our operations.
