Vuono ceramic jewelry is thin and light and made by hand from porcelain clay. The surface of the black ceramic button is matte, without a separate glazing surface. The button is made of stainless steel, the round hanging decorative part is made of brass.

The jewelry is fired to be durable at 1220 degrees, but still may not withstand hard handling (e.g. bending or dropping on a tiled floor) due to its thinness.
